With the blessing and support of the Chief Fire Officer (Frank Swann), the 'Egg Run team' is made up from a small group of volunteers from Nottinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service who organise and co-ordinate the event. They in turn are supported by a larger network of Fire Service staff (both uniformed and non-uniformed) without whom this event would be a logistical nightmare. In addition to these people countless others support the event including CMC (Nottingham), Hein Gericke (Nottingham), J&S (Kimberley), John Reynolds, IAM, Shiny Side Up Campaign, Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance, Full Throttle Motorcycle Training (Stapleford)  to name but a few.

The most important people however include YOU... the bikers, for without your support this event would NEVER take place. Your generosity year on year never ceases to amaze us, and on behalf of the children who benefit from your support we would like to say a big THANKYOU to all of you who play your part in supporting disadvantaged children, and children with special needs in and around Nottinghamshire.

This list of staff, helpers, volunteers and supporters is not exhaustive, and it is nearly impossible to thank everyone in person. Needless to say that you know who you are and we are forever grateful for your continued support. Thank you..... one and all.
